Return Policy

You may return any defective product within 30 days of the date the item was received, for a full refund of the original price. 

For all other returns, they must be within 30 days of receiving, new, & unopened. We do not pay for return shipping. Please note all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Refunds will be applied via check/paypal and is generally issued within 5 to 10 business days of receiving all returned items. Opened electronics, custom made, or special order items can not be returned. 

SHIPPING

All in stock orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00PM CST will be shipped the same day via Fed Ex, UPS Ground, or USPS. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded when the item is shipped. The address on your PayPal account MUST be verified. Your shipping address and billing address MUST match. 

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada, and anything out side the lower 48 states.
